Easy Ordering with Provident Dental Supplies

Provident Dental Supplies accepts Mastercard, Visa, Pay Pal and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as payment.

Authorising A Credit Card Payment

When you place an order with Provident Dental Supplies, we will charge your card within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and prior to the product or products being dispatched. If we experience any difficulties in authorising the credit card you have provided, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the issue.

Phone Orders

If you are not quite comfortable ordering products online, our friendly staff members can accept your order over the phone and an EFT payment will be required upon taking the order. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been verified as received.

Shipping Options

All parcels/packages are delivered by our courier service Australia wide. All items will be delivered by receipted delivery which will require a signature from you confirming receipt of these goods. Delivery cost is calculated and displayed on your order prior to your order check out confirmation.

We aim for Next Day Delivery to metropolitan areas within Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne. Standard Delivery time frames for all other areas is between 2 to 7 days.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Pricing

The prices advertised on the Provident Dental website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and services tax ). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return and Exchanges

Provident Dental Supplies provide a limited “money-back guarantee” return on products, so please choose carefully. No refunds, credits or returns will be granted or accepted for products purchased from items listed on our specials page at the time of purchase or items discounted for any reason ("On Special or "Reduced Price") at the time of purchase.

In the event of a purchased product be faulty or defective upon delivery you must advise us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the item. Provident Dental Supplies offers a 3 day money back guarantee on products if they are deemed faulty or defective at the time of delivery.
